Moore is now auditioning lead guitarists: Moore is an Established, award winning regionally touring (Weekends mostly) hard rock/metal band that suddenly find ourselves in need of a new lead guitar player We need to record our 6th album soon, so if you like to collaborate on music, that is a plus. Popkomm Berlin, Day Two

Woke up at 4 in the morning, what the hell? cool though, it means I won't be late! So the shower has this hand held nozzle that at first I thought would be wierd, but was actually kind of convenient. We go to take the bus to the Messe Damme, the station is next to the Erotic Museum (my inner pervert rejoiced!) The Berlin Bus system is very nice and we get to the convention hall in no time. The Messe is billed as the biggest convention center in the world and they are not kidding, it's fucking huge!!! Erik and I set up our booth and before we are even done people are already coming to the booth. We are besieged for the first three hours and are filmed by local and national news. We do so many interviews in the first day, we aren't even sure where they are going to be published, but hey, as long as they do that's all that matters. Labels come back from listening and tell us they want to talk deal when we get back!( hooray) We learn taht Berliners are jelly donuts (yumm) and the convention had beer available all day long (like I said, Germany Rocks!!!) After the convention, we wanted to go to see the Spanish band Stravaganza, but by the time the conbention ended and we get back to the Hotel,they are already done, so we eat at the Hard Rock and go off to the Knaak to catch Enslaved at midnight. Not only do our passes get us free public transportation, but free entry into the clubs!

One of the many cool people we met was Mariskal from Spain, you should check him out at mariskalrocks.com. He is the Editor of Spanish Kerrang and promises that we will be in his magazine next month!

Popkomm in Berlin, Day 1 leaving Denver

OK, after not sleeping for two days and being up all night putting together press kits, we go to Denver International Airport to wing our way to Berlin. The airport security did everything but cavity search me and Erik, (we don't profile....my ass!!!)and we hop onto a tiny 737 and fly to Newark to connect to Germany. Newark airport is it's own special kind of hell as they do not have a smoking lounge!!(Aaarrrggg) you have to go out of the security zone to smoke outside and then get rechecked which takes too long as we are only layed over for an hour. SO damn the man, I got on a transatlantic flight sans nicotine (shit)

Continental kind of sucks. Tiny planes, shitty movies that are about 8 years old (kevin costner chick flix do not take your mind off a long uncomfortable flight) And what ever happened to hot stewardeses? Man some of these women would make Ray Charles flinch! And I still can't sleep, damn.

Berlin Teagel airport is small, and you can't smoke inside either but we are free and I light up outside (hooray) Berlin cab's are awesome! (and awesomely expensive) The cabdrivers all drive like refugees from NASCAR (I come to find there are no speed limits on Berlin streets, Germany Rocks!!!) and all the cabs are Mercedes with leather seats.

We get to the AM Zoo (the hotel) and it is sweeeet They even have a drinking fountain in the bathrooms!!!!(But it tates like shit lol) I never could bring my self to use (or spell) a bidet Erik and I find the Hard Rock Cafe across the street and pig out (and of course more alchohol) We find ourselves an outdoor biergarten ad nwatch the ladies walk by. Berlin is chock full of incredibly hot women and I think this trip gave me whiplash!!! (Once again Germany Rocks!!!)

But then jetlag sets in and we have to be at the Messe at 9 in the morningso I go to sleep/pass out and dream of Teutonic women.
